**Pay Range: $60-70K**
**What's the Job?**
+ Handle incoming calls and emails. Use proactive email communication, to complement telephone or in-person communication with customers.
+ Continually improve knowledge. Understand features, benefits and product knowledge. Keep current with industry and competitor information.
+ Build a Sales Pipeline. Identify customers who may purchase products and services.
+ Deliver Proposal Opportunities to customers.
+ See the sales process through to the closing of the sale, delivery of product and project completion.
**What's Needed?**
+ 2 years of professional sales or customer service.
+ Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals while managing multiple customer projects and sales tasks.
