Join our dynamic team as a Screw Machinist on the 3rd shift, where you will be part of a high-volume, high-precision small part shop. You will work 50-hour weeks with optional weekend shifts, operating in a state-of-the-art facility equipped with 350 different types of CNC machines.
**Responsibilities**
+ Attend daily meetings to understand shift assignments and workstations.
+ Manage up to 3 CNC machines simultaneously, performing 8-9 tool changes per day.
+ Load CNC machines, pull programs, and make minor program edits as needed.
+ Conduct quality checks using Micrometers and Calipers every 300-400 parts.
+ Ensure parts meet the +/- 10-20 Micron tolerance requirements.
+ Store completed parts in bins for daily shipment to customers.
