You'll work in a high-precision environment that supports critical aerospace manufacturing applications. Key Responsibilities: Operate CNC and manual machining equipment including horizontal draw broaches, pedestal and retainer drills, staking machines, roll form, and balance equipment. Adjust and set up machinery in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions. Handle and move materials and parts with care to avoid damage. Perform inspections using a variety of gauges; ensure product meets specifications. Maintain accurate production and quality records. Keep work area and equipment clean, safe, and organized. Follow all prescribed safety procedures and use required PPE. Identify and report faulty operations, defective materials, and equipment issues to supervisors. Participate in training and assist with onboarding of new operators. Create and update setup sheets and standard work documentation. Support continuous improvement initiatives and preventive maintenance programs. Assist in root cause analysis and problem-solving efforts as needed.
