Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and operational planning initiatives. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required; CPA or CMA certification preferred. 5-6+ years of progressive accounting experience, with exposure to cost accounting, job costing, or operational accounting environments. Strong understanding of financial reporting, account reconciliations, and month-end close processes. Proven ability to analyze financial data, identify trends, and communicate insights to non-financial stakeholders.
