**About the Role**
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) with experience in crisis, inpatient, and residential behavioral health to join our team in Tucson, AZ. These full-time, direct-hire positions offer stability, excellent benefits, and fixed 12-hour schedules with no rotation required.
All inpatient and crisis-unit RNs are eligible for a **$10,000 sign-on bonus** .

**Key Responsibilities**
+ Provide patient-centered nursing care in inpatient or crisis behavioral health settings
+ Deliver detox services and assist patients through crisis stabilization
+ Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and develop individualized care plans
+ Connect patients with community-based programs and discharge resources
+ Maintain a safe, therapeutic, and trauma-informed environment
+ Accurately document all assessments, interventions, and care in the EMR

Main Duties:
Properly document In-Home Usage Tests as instructed in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule (screenshots, audio recordings, videos, product journal entries, etc.)
Take care of the product being tested and use it responsibly
Read and strictly follow the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule provided with each product testing project (may include tasks such as unpacking, reading instructions, journal entries, online or mobile feedback, usage of product for a certain amount of time, writing reviews, taking pictures, etc.)
Some In-Home Usage Tests projects may require participants to use MFour's Mobile In-Home Use Test Technology (cutting-edge smartphone technology to capture Point-of-Emotion insights to gain unparalleled depth of responses)
There are times when the product being tested may be discussed in a private chat room that is opened by a market research firm
Write reviews as requested in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule for each project

The candidate will contribute to the completion of all stages of test product development and will be responsible for helping to maintain the technical, cost and schedule aspects of their assigned projects. **Duties & Responsibilities:**
+ Design, develop, and integrate our customer's products within TEE in multidiscipline engineering teams
+ Develop both engineering and production test systems, test interface adapters, cabling, technical drawing creation, schematic creation, circuit design and analysis to include but not limited to power analysis, RF chain analysis, and error budget analysis
+ Contribute to the completion of all stages of test product development, and responsible for performing technical, cost and schedule management of assigned projects
+ Act, either as a part of the team or independently, to uncover and resolve issues associated with the development and implementation of test products
**Required:**
+ Typically requires Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of eight (8) years of prior relevant experience OR an Advanced degree and five (5) years of relevant experience
+ The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required
+ U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
+ Experience with electrical engineering design to include troubleshooting, analysis, and test
+ Experience with commonly used electrical engineering design and analysis tools including but not limited to Altium, DX Designer, Mentor Capital, Creo Schematic
+ Experience with commonly used test equipment including but not limited to Oscilloscopes, DMMs, Network Analyzers, Power Meters
+ Experience using schematic capture tools and interpreting schematics
