Adecco is a visionary company who wants to be part of groundbreaking technology.
Change management is terrible. Managers make changes without discussing with other managers. This lack of communication has a downstream effect and adds additional work for employees. Systematic workflow is lackluster. Staff turnover is yearly.
The break room is nice and benefits are good.
My position is remote and that is a big plus in work life balance.
I don’t like that people are constantly being let go without warning so there’s no stability for sales professionals.
