They have mandatory undertime. Which means you could be sent home at any time and usually don't get to reach 38 to 40 hrs weekly

Change management is terrible. Managers make changes without discussing with other managers. This lack of communication has a downstream effect and adds additional work for employees. Systematic workflow is lackluster. Staff turnover is yearly.
