RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Salesforce Administrator serves as the primary administrator for the Salesforce platform, which includes Programs, Case Management, Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP), and Account Engagement applications. This critical role is responsible for managing and optimizing the Salesforce platform to meet the data, reporting, and business process needs of Adelante Mujeres. This role conducts business analysis; builds, configures, and automates technology solutions; and ensures systems are user-friendly, efficient, and aligned with organizational goals.
The Salesforce Administrator works cross-functionally to collect, organize, analyze, and present program and participant data. The Salesforce Administrator supports integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems, and delivers reports and insights that inform program outcomes, fundraising efforts, and strategic decision-making. This is a part-time role working 20 hours per week to manage approximately 60 Salesforce users. Provide business intelligence insights and make recommendations to streamline workflows, enhance system efficiency, and improve data quality.
Perform core administrative functions, including user management, page layout modifications, report and dashboard creation, new field development, and other routine tasks.
Gather and prioritize system requirements, implement enhancements and/or third-party integrations in partnership with external consultants.
Develop and maintain processes that ensure data integrity, including standardization, validation rules, and duplication management.
Provides user training and increases platform adoption
QUALIFICATIONS:

REQUIRED:
A passionate commitment to the goals and mission of Adelante Mujeres including support for education, social justice, the environment, immigrant & BIPOC communities.
Associate degree or higher in Data Science, Information Systems, Program Evaluation, or a related field OR 5+ years of related professional experience.
2+ years of experience as Salesforce Administrator or in a similar CRM/data systems role (preferably in a non-profit setting)
Proven experience creating reports, dashboards, user profiles, roles, flows, and automation tools.
Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting data and generating actionable insights.
Proficiency with Excel and familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and work collaboratively across teams.
Ability to develop good working relationships with a wide range of people.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
Bilingual Spanish/English Required.
Preferred:
Experience with Salesforce Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP), Programs application, or comparable nonprofit data models.
Certified Salesforce administrator certification.

SALARY & BENEFITS:
Salary: $36,400 -$38,100 annual salary (part-time)
Classification: Part-time salaried position, working 20 hours per week.
