The Operations Manager will lead and oversee all maintenance operations within our MRO facility. This role ensures that all maintenance, repair, and overhaul operations are executed safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with regulatory standards (FAA, EASA, etc.), OEM specifications, and internal quality systems. The Operations Manager will lead a multidisciplinary team of technicians and support staff, driving performance, safety culture, and continuous improvement across all maintenance functions.
