Located in New York State, Adelphi University's main campus is found in
quiet Garden City, just a 45-minute train ride from the bustling heart of
the state. At Adelphi, Garden City, students are challenged to reach
their full potential in an environment rich with tradition and history. The university offers over 30 majors, ranging from Political Science to
Anthropology to History, as well as minors, graduate programs,
post-doctoral programs, and even special programs like English as a
Second Language. Admissions requirements include a personal statement or essay, high
school transcripts, SAT and ACT scores, and at least one letter of
recommendation from a school-based administrator. The GED may also be
submitted. An interview is not required except for those students seeking
admissions to the Honors College, but is strongly recommended for all. Like with many universities, the first step in seeking financial aid is
submitting a completed FAFSA. Adelphi also offers a variety of

students such as the Future Teachers Club, and with diverse shops and

Pros of working at Adelphi University
I liked working with a diverse clientele and students.. I was great at listening and helping setting up student schedules and making appointments with the outside people that came to the clinic for services.

The one thing was the parking situation for the clients that came for services.

The institution has idiotic fools that call themselves management. For example, management has no skillsets running a business and they just believe in collecting money from students. Students complain consistently about management yet nobody does anything.
