What do you like best about Aden & Anais, Inc.'s CEO and the leadership team?

The personal touch. Moya-jones was always involved in every detail of the business. They worked right along side the employees.

How would you improve Aden & Anais, Inc.'s culture?

When the company started to really grow, the personal vibe was gone. That’s something you can’t get back. But I am happy for Moya-jones, her company did exactly what she wanted it to do.

How did you prepare for the Aden & Anais, Inc. interview?

I’m a very straight forward person. I told them what I am capable of and I have a great work ethic. I was very fortunate to be a part of that team

How does your compensation at Aden & Anais, Inc. compare to the industry average?

It blows it out of the water. Moya-jones was very generous and valued her employees

It was great when I worked there. Moya-jones was interested in your skills, not your background.

What brings you the most joy at Aden & Anais, Inc.?

I worked two desks over from Moya-jones. It was an open style office. Everyone was apart of every aspect of the job. It was the inclusion. We were all happy to be a team player. It really was a pleasure to work there.
