Only reason, it is close to home

Poor leadership and management. Information is siloed, lots of whispering and hiding conversations, no guidance as a new employee had to figure out what to do on my own, offered many times to work on projects and would rather pay someone with my years of experience & licenses/certifications to do data tracking. Extremely poor benefits. Observed senior leaders plotting with managers against staff they did not like ‘we get her out of way and we do how we want to’, ‘can’t stand her, we just need to get her out our way’…

Close to home.

Nothing. They are nice to your face and then talk behind your back. There is no transparency.

Clean house in leadership… CEO, Medical staff leadership, Chief People Officer, Chief Compliance Officer and managers…

Talked with staff working there, reviewed job description, looked at number of positions open…

It was slightly lesser hr to hr pay than comparable roles, the benefits did not make up any of the gap (health, retirement), and education benefits were limited.

Not overtly obvious, I observed minimal diversity in staff being hired. Very few veterans, physically impaired, or individuals with cognitive disorders. The ones I did see were not often welcomed by everyone.
