As COO, Shure oversees all internal and client-facing operations, including finance, IT, professional services, and customer support.

Prior to Aderant, Shure worked as an investment professional at Thoma Bravo, a Chicago-based private equity firm focused on software and services companies. Prior to Thoma Bravo, Shure worked at Cambridge Associates, an investment advisory firm, where he advised institutional investors on private equity investments across North America, Europe and Asia.

Shure holds an MBA with honors from the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business, and a BA in Government and Economics from Cornell University.

Steve currently serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer of Aderant. He is responsible globally for all product engineering.

Steve is a seasoned technology and engineering leader with 25+ years of experience in the enterprise and service provider software space. He is a technically driven executive who has practiced in both the small startup environments as well as large enterprise organizations. Steve has significant experience bringing development organizations together globally and a solid background in new product development and delivery.

Prior to joining Aderant, Steve held executive technology leadership roles at multiple companies focusing on product development and cloud migration. His experience includes 11 years at Intel Corporation where Steve focused on product innovation globally specifically in the telecom space.

Steve holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Alabama.
