Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of relevant experience (or a Master's and 6+ years, or 12+ years total professional experience).

Proven ability to partner with sales teams to close complex deals and build long-term relationships.
Strong knowledge of cloud computing platforms, with at least one certification (e.g., AWS Cloud Practitioner, Azure Fundamentals, Google Cloud Digital Leader).
Full-lifecycle sales experience, with a history of exceeding quota.
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP partner programs.

DUTIES

Professional Development: stays updated on facilitation trends and instructional design best practices through professional development activities such as workshops, conferences, webinars, and online courses. Networks with other professionals in the field to share knowledge and expertise
Collaboration and Communication: Collaborates with subject matter experts, Learning and Performance Solutions team members, and other stakeholders to design and deliver effective learning experiences. QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of three years of facilitation and instructional design experience with proficiency in Adobe (InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom), Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), OneDrive, Vyond, Articulate (Rise, Storyline), Canva, SmartSheet, Collosyan

Job Description
The Sales Engineer II (Cox Business) consults with and supports the sales team, providing pre-sales support for managed services solutions in a cloud-hosting environment. Cox Business provides Connectivity, Managed Services, Cloud Services, and Connected Community solutions to prospective and existing customers. As a Sales Engineer II, you will be responsible for providing advanced product knowledge during the consultative solution-selling process by identifying and understanding the customers' needs and proposing appropriate solutions. Additional responsibilities include leading technical aspects of solution implementations with other sales team members, communicating with Network Operations/Commercial Engineering on said implementations, and advising Product Management teams on new product opportunities.
The Sales Engineer II will partner with the sales makers to develop and maintain consultative, long-term relationships with our customers. These relationships will be at multiple levels within each organization to address current and future business needs with Cox Business technology solutions. Meeting with customers to review their accounts, maintain in-depth knowledge of their business, and advise them on all aspects of evolving technologies that could address their business problems will also be key responsibilities of this position. The Sales Engineer II will coach and guide the Sales Engineer I for upskilling and advanced product knowledge.
Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions
* Meets with prospective and existing customers and other sales team members to collect and analyze the information required to assess customers' technology needs in detail.
* Partners with the Sales team and interfaces with customers and vendors to develop Cox Business proposals, gathering associated technical specifications as needed to ensure their integrity.
* Assess how Cox Business technical solutions can integrate to meet the customer's technology needs. Partners with Network Operations and Engineering to ensure that the designed technology solution will meet customer needs and to ensure network availability/serviceability before orders are finalized.
* Technical advisor role in product development teams to ensure the sales team's understanding of new products and to provide advanced technical feedback to the product development team, as appropriate.
* Develops and delivers technical presentations to internal/external groups as needed.
* Partner with the sales organization as the technical subject matter expert. Partnering will include attending sales calls, delivering technical portions of the sales presentation, explaining why Cox Business' proposed solution is the right one, and negotiating technical aspects of the proposal, as needed.
* Attend vendor meetings and perform site surveys as required.
* Coordinates internal technical resources to develop sales proposals and presentations on complex, high-end solutions.
* Provide advanced technical guidance to customers, other members of the Sales team, and Project Managers to coordinate Cox Business solution implementations and migrations to ensure a smooth and consistent customer installation experience.
* Document the customer's voice and data network, as required.
* Attends industry-related training to increase knowledge of Cox Business and competitor technology solutions, consultation, negotiation, and sales skills, attending strategic and/or development meetings with sales teams.
* Partners with Sales and Sales Support team members to develop Cox Business proposals and associated technical specifications and respond to RFPs (requests for proposals) as needed to ensure their technical integrity.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum
* Bachelor's degree and 4 years of experience in a related field (telephony, data and video); The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and up to 2 years of experience; Or a Ph. D or Doctorate Degree + 1 year of experience; Or 8 years of equivalent experience in lieu of a degree.
* Microsoft Office Proficiency- Excel, Visio, Word, PowerPoint
* Proficient in building relationships, adaptability, written communication, in-person and virtual presentation skills, continuous personal development, customer satisfaction, and consultative selling.
* Working Knowledge of UCaaS and its application in business environments
* AWS Foundational, Azure Intermediate, Google Foundational Certification or Equivalent

The primary function of the Business Process Design & Improvement Analyst II is identifying and reviewing existing process documentation and conducting comprehensive process analysis, uncovering process gaps, compliance issues, and recommendations for process improvement. The Dent Wizard fleet consists of approximately 2000 passenger and small commercial vehicles along with a few hundred trailers.
Reporting to the Director of Supply Chain, the Fleet Manager will be a key part of the overall Supply Chain strategy at Dent Wizard. The Fleet Manager will oversee the team that handles the day-to-day operations of the fleet and ensure exceptional customer service to the field teams. This role will also be part of the team developing a new fleet strategy and responsible for seeing to the implementation of new strategy/policies.
This role is based out of the corporate office in St Louis, Missouri, however the team works a mix of remote and hybrid. This position has the opportunity to be 100% remote with 20-30% travel required.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
· Be a principal member of the team creating the strategic plan for fleet policies
· Lead execution of the fleet strategy/policy per a mutually agreed upon schedule in the areas of eligibility, risk, fuel programs, maintenance, and compliance
· Ensure daily coverage of customer service for fleet operators between the internal team and external Fleet Management Company (FMC)
· Guide Fleet Team in activities and decisions, keep routine 1 on 1 meetings with employees, and manage performance management & development plans
· Develop annual purchasing numbers for fleet vehicles to allow for a strategic turn of inventory in conjunction with internal growth plans, OEM allocations, and FMC guidance
· Maintain data and dashboards with KPIs for the field divisions and present/discuss the information monthly with divisional leadership
· Audit vehicle and allowance assignments on a quarterly basis to confirm policy adherence
· Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, field technicians, and Fleet Project Manager to guide design and implementation of upfits in technician vehicles.
· Work with accounts payable to code and approve invoices in a timely manner for on-time payment to fleet vendors
· Coordinate vehicle acquisition and transition during the M&A process
Skills for Success:
To be successful in this role, the Fleet Manager will need to be a flexible and versatile team player. The ideal candidate will have experience with managing a team and/or a remote fleet with a strong FMC. While this position does not have a true matrix reporting structure, the implications of fleet to most areas of the business require a strong cross-functional mindset. Dent Wizard is in a major transition point with the way fleet is handled; the Fleet Manager will be a critical member in developing and implementing strategy, so candidates should be comfortable with developing policies from scratch, pivoting quickly where business dictates, and understanding how policies impact the way business is conducted.

Intern/Co-Op sessions are considered temporary employment. No full-time employment commitments are made. However, depending on our business needs, some interns may be considered for a full-time position following the conclusion of the session conditioned upon the intern graduating from their academic program and being available to commence full-time employment at a specified time.
