Description
The primary duties of the SurgicalTechnician include: being prepared for and knowledgeable of the surgical procedure to be performed, setting up and maintaining a sterile field, anticipate and assist surgeon as necessary, work with circulating nurse and other members of the surgical team, maintain familiarity, function and proper care of all OR equipment and instruments. The SurgicalTechnician initiates responsibility for care of specimens and performs other related duties.
