Jason Z. Rose, MHSA, is a high-performing, serial entrepreneur who brings 25+ years of business development, strategy and leadership experience in healthcare IT. He is a visionary, with a proven track record of taking disruptive products from whiteboard concepts to sustained high annual revenues to enable business success. Since 2018, Jason has been spearheading value-based care as CEO of AdhereHealth. The innovative technology company is focused on transforming healthcare by leveraging intelligent data analytics, promoting medication adherence and working with patients to resolve social determinants of health (SDOH). Customers are managed care companies and employers looking to improve quality of care and reduce costs for their patients and employees, respectively. After one year in his role, AdhereHealth experienced its fastest-ever year of growth and has grown from about 100 employees to nearly 1,000 employees over the past three years. Prior to joining AdhereHealth, Jason was Chief Strategic Development Officer and Executive Vice President at Inovalon (NASDAQ: INOV), which provides cloud-based tools to support data-driven healthcare. As a key member of the senior leadership team, Jason built the start-up’s product and technology presence across the healthcare marketplace, identifying strategic partnerships and nurturing critical marketing initiatives through a highly successful IPO. Jason earned his Master of Health Services Administration (MHSA) degree from The George Washington University School of Business. At GWU, he custom-created his curriculum to focus on the emerging healthcare technology industry in the mid-1990’s. Jason additionally received a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology from Radford University. He currently serves on the board of Operation Song, a non-profit dedicated to empowering veterans, active-duty military and members of their family to tell their stories through the process of songwriting. A polished public speaker and writer, Jason’s expertise is often leveraged for external thought leadership and public relations.

Cyndi joined AdhereHealth in 2011 with more than 20 years of healthcare expertise focusing on product strategy and leads the company’s technology-enabled clinical services delivery nationwide. She is also responsible for the senior executive management of AdhereHealth’s high-touch pharmacy, AdhereRx.

Prior to joining AdhereHealth, Cyndi was responsible for quality, Star Ratings, regulatory compliance, and accreditation activities for the Sterling Life Insurance’s Windsor Health Plan. Cyndi’s previous experience also includes oversight of regulatory compliance and Joint Commission quality metrics for St. Thomas of Nashville, a multi-hospital system.

Cyndi holds a BS in Nursing and a MS in Healthcare Administration from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville. Cyndi is a former Baldrige Award surveyor, a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) through NCQA, and currently sits on the advisory board for NCQA SNP surveys.

Kempton currently serves as the Chief Analytics Officer at AdhereHealth. He leads a multi-disciplinary team of data scientists, report designers, operational process experts, and data analysts to meet current and future market needs using all enterprise data.

Kempton previously worked at Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield where he received the New York Presidents’ Award and participated in the WellPoint Emerging Leader Program. He was a two-term Lecturer at Columbia University, and has co-authored work published in the Journal of Biomedical Informatics. Kempton holds a BA in Economics from Washington & Lee University, a Master’s in Public Health from Columbia University and a Master’s in Medical Informatics from Northwestern University.

Kempton serves on the Percy Priest Elementary PTO as Co-Treasurer is a board member with the Center for Living and Learning. Previously, he served on the Board of United Cerebral Palsy of Middle TN, is the past Chair of the Board of Friends Life Community, and is the past Alumni Chair for Montgomery Bell Academy’s Annual Fund giving campaign.
