As Adient’s executive vice president and chief financial officer, Jeff Stafeil leads all of our financial activities, including treasury, tax and audit as well as information technology, procurement and supply chain.

Over the course of his career, Stafeil has developed extensive operational leadership and financial management experience, primarily within automotive supplier companies, private equity firms and business consultant agencies. He comes to Adient from Visteon, a global automotive electronics supplier and Fortune 500 company. There, he served as executive vice president and chief financial officer.

Prior to working at Visteon, Stafeil held a series of domestic and international executive finance roles within the automotive sector. He also held management positions at Booz Allen Hamilton, Peterson Consulting and Ernst & Young.

Stafeil is a member of the board of trustees for the Autism Alliance of Michigan. He previously served on the board of directors and as the audit committee chairman of Mentor Graphics and Metaldyne Performance Group.

Stafeil holds a Master of Business Administration from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business, as well as a Bachelor of Science in accounting from Indiana University.

Heather Tiltmann is executive vice president, chief legal and human resources officer, and corporate secretary for Adient. She is responsible for Adient’s global legal, compliance, product safety and human resources functions.

Tiltmann has more than 20 years of legal experience. She joined the legal team at Johnson Controls (JCI) in 2011 and joined Adient’s legal team after the company’s spinoff from JCI in 2016.

Prior to joining Johnson Controls, Tiltmann was a shareholder at the law firm of Whyte Hirschboeck Dudek S.C.

She earned her law degree and her bachelor’s degree from the University of Nebraska.

Pros of working at Adient US LLC

I enjoyed the team that I worked for and how we worked together.

Cons of working at Adient US LLC

Only worked there for 3 months as an intern, so there was not really anything that I disliked about the company.

Adient US LLC benefits

During the summer, the company had half day Fridays as long as you put in your hours on other days of the week and finished your work for the week.

The Costing team was incredible and very helpful toward their interns.

Nothing comes to mind, was only their for 13 weeks during an internship.

During the summer they have summer hours and allows you to do half day Friday's if you get your work and hours finished for the week by friday.
