TESOL experience with adults in an academic setting and willingness to travel to teach are essential. The position involves teaching in the MA in Linguistics program (TESOL Concentration), which is currently offered to yearly cohorts of experienced Vietnamese teachers entirely in English in both face-to-face and hybrid modes. No knowledge of Vietnamese is required, but willingness to engage with Vietnamese colleagues in English is part of the job. Supervision of graduate students' thesis research and evaluation of theses may be required, and the ability to teach basic qualitative and quantitative research methods is essential.
