QUALIFICATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsibilities within the School of Music will include teaching ethnomusicology courses for undergraduate music majors, M.M. topics courses in ethnomusicology, and general education courses in world music that are/can be cross-listed with Asian Studies. Responsibilities within the DLLC will include teaching all levels of Korean language (composition, grammar, and oral communication), as well as Korean culture classes taught in English. Preferred qualifications include experience in program development and grant writing, along with research and teaching experience in cross-border studies in Asia, given the automatic affiliation with the Asian Studies faculty.
