Summary of Duties and Responsibilities: The Department of Marketing in the Ivy College of Business at Iowa State University is seeking a successful candidate whose primary research area is in Consumer Behavior for a tenured position at the rank of Associate/Full Professor. This position is a full-time (9-month) appointment starting 8/16/2025. A later start date in January 2026 or August 2026 will also be considered.

Position Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will conduct high-impact scholarly research publishable in premier and high-quality marketing journals and will teach marketing-related courses at the undergraduate, Master's, and/or PhD levels. The candidate is expected to significantly grow and shape the department's research profile.
Required Minimum Qualifications:
* PhD in marketing or a closely related field
* At least six years of experience as a full-time, tenure track or tenured faculty member, with an outstanding record of scholarship eligible for a tenured position at Iowa State University
* Must meet the college's standards to be Scholarly Academic Qualified under AACSB Accreditation standards
* An established record of publishing consumer behavior research in premier marketing journals (such as the Journal of Consumer Research, Journal of Marketing Research, Journal of Marketing)
* A record of effective teaching of marketing courses
Preferred Qualifications:
* Demonstrated excellence in teaching at the graduate level
* An influential research pipeline, including papers invited for revision at premier journals
* Experience in mentoring junior faculty and/or doctoral students

Primary responsibilities include: teaching undergraduate courses in Ecology and/or GIS for Biology majors. Additional rotating duties across semesters would likely also include: designing and teaching both an upper-level elective with lab in the candidate's field of expertise, as well as teaching the organismal and ecologically-focused lecture with lab, which is part of the sequence for first year biology majors. Assistant Professor in Computer Science Coe College invites applications from dynamic, student-centered individuals for a full-time tenure-track position of Assistant Professor of Computer Science in the Department of Mathematical Sciences to begin August 2026.
The success of Coe College is driven by the success of our graduates. Therefore, we place a priority on recruiting faculty that can fully engage students both in and out of the classroom. The new hire should expect to offer quality instruction at all levels of the curriculum. All areas of specialization will be considered, but a priority will be given to candidates prepared to teach courses in Algorithms, Programming Languages, and/or Mobile Computing. Opportunities may also exist to teach Data Science or Mathematics courses. Candidates should be able to demonstrate how undergraduate students would be actively involved in their scholarly activity.
The Department of Mathematical Sciences is a highly collegial group of five faculty that are dedicated to the belief that mathematical sciences are a necessary component of a liberal arts education. We currently offer majors in computer science, data science, and mathematics with support for the study of statistics and actuarial science. The department seeks a collaborative partner that is willing to engage in a continual improvement of these programs.
Required Qualifications:
ABD status in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field is required; Ph.D preferred.
Demonstrated potential for excellence in the classroom.
Potential for scholarly activity that can be inclusive of undergraduate students.
Commitment to undergraduate mentoring through formal and informal advising.
