The Division of Endocrinology in the Department of Medicine, Columbia University Irving Medical Center is seeking a highly skilled, board-certified Endocrinologist with an active, independent research program, and specialized expertise in the treatment of pituitary Cushing disease, but more broadly tumors and disorders to join our renowned Pituitary Center. The ideal candidate will share our commitment to delivering personalized, patient-centered care while contributing to groundbreaking research and advancing the field of neuroendocrinology through a basic, as well as clinical research program.
As a leader in the diagnosis and treatment of pituitary conditions-including Cushing's disease, acromegaly, prolactinoma, craniopharyngiomas, and growth hormone deficiency-the candidate will collaborate within a multidisciplinary team of endocrinologists, neurosurgeons, and neuroradiologists to provide comprehensive care. The role also offers opportunities to participate in clinical trials, academic teaching, and continuing medical education initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead a grant-funded research program in the area of Neuroendocrinology.
Develop a hospital-based Center for the treatment of Cushing's disease.
Diagnose, treat, and manage patients with a full spectrum of pituitary tumors and disorders.
Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs.
Collaborate with neurosurgery, neuroradiology, and other specialties to provide coordinated, multidisciplinary care.
Lead clinical research, including phase 2 and phase 3 clinical trials focused on innovative therapies for pituitary conditions.
Contribute to academic initiatives by leading clinical conferences, teaching fellows, and participating in CME programs.
Stay abreast of emerging developments in pituitary and neuroendocrine care, integrating evidence-based practices into clinical work.
Qualifications:
MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
Board certification in Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism.
Fellowship training in Endocrinology with demonstrated expertise in pituitary disorders.
A track record of research accomplishments, including leadership of grant awards and publication record.
Proven experience in clinical research, with preference for candidates who have participated in multicenter trials.

Qualifications:
Teaching and experience are at the core of being an effective adjunct faculty member, so experience teaching in higher education in the field of sport management or sport business, in addition to industry experience are highly valued. This section, offered exclusively for LA students, focuses on films and television shows set or shot in Los Angeles. Hollywood has long been the heart of the entertainment industry. This course examines its rich history on screen.

Columbia University School of Professional Studies seeks industry professionals for the role of adjunct Lecturer to develop and teach various in-person courses in the school's new M.S. in Project Management program. The program equips individuals with the strategic, analytical, and leadership skills essential for a successful career managing complex projects across industries and borders.

Develop course objectives that align with program-wide learning outcomes
Create activity maps tying course activities to objectives, ensuring industry relevance
Draft a detailed syllabus (course description, schedule, grading rubric, and assessments) for review and approval by the Program Curriculum Committee and the Committee on Instruction (COI).
Collaborate with Instructional Design to develop course materials through a consultative process. This includes partnering on course development (aligning objectives, materials, and assessments), creating dynamic instructional media (videos, infographics, and interactive resources), maintaining established courses with updates and troubleshooting, and receiving just-in-time assistance for targeted needs.

Qualifications
