Conduct shop floor walkthroughs to support safety observations, identify violations or hazards, and report improvement opportunities. Assist in the development and improvement of production and quality procedures by identifying areas of inefficiency or error. Collaborate with Production Supervisors, Shop Managers, Project Managers, and QA to address production, quality, and safety challenges in real time. Support the execution of corrective and preventive actions through documentation, reporting, and coordination. Maintain accurate, up-to-date records related to production flow, safety walkthroughs, and quality deviations. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned in support of operations.

The successful candidate will teach the Student Teaching course in the evening, and conduct site visits at local schools to supervise and support students who are completing their 15-week student teaching assignment. Applicants should possess and be able to demonstrate skills, qualities and values related to positive applications of diversity, equity, and empowerment. Qualifications:
The successful candidate must possess the following qualifications:
* An earned master's degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, Special Education, or a closely related field
* Certification in Early Childhood Education (pre-K/4), Elementary Education (K-6), or Special Education Pk-12
* Demonstrated commitment to, and expertise and experience in, equity and social justice-oriented pedagogical approaches to teaching
* Demonstrated excellence in teaching graduate courses in education
* Experience teaching adults in person, online and/or in blended/hybrid formats using an array of learning technologies and platforms (e.g., Moodle, Canvas, Blackboard)
* Experience with collaborative program development and design
In addition, preferred qualifications include the following:
* An earned doctorate in education
* Deep understanding of theoretical frameworks related to power, privilege, equity, and social justice
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
* Teach in the Masters of Education program
* Participate in course/program assessment activities
* Prepare lessons related to the course, deliver instruction, and provide appropriate assessment
