The Worcester State University Chemistry Department seeks qualified individuals to join our adjunct hiring pool.
Current course offerings are in our organic chemistry sections including:
Organic Chemistry in the summer (July-September). (Lecture and Lab, MW 9-5 pm) Organic Chemistry lecture and lab in the Fall. (MWF 11:30 AM-12:20 PM, W 12:30-4:20)
The ideal candidate could be hired for a single section or all sections as per their availability. The department also has multiple openings for teaching General Organic and Biochemistry for non-majors and nursing majors. We are an extremely collegial department and will help with course preparation and materials if the candidate desires.
Requirements:
Master's degree required; Ph.D. preferred. Teaching experience is preferred, at either the college or high school level. Must have a laptop and reliable internet access.
