EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Applicants must possess either of the following: an associate's degree or 48 semester credit hours (2 years) at an accredited college or university, or have successfully passed the ParaPro exam (score of at least 455) and have experience teaching reading/working with student reading groups at the elementary level.
