The LaFetra College of Education at the University of La Verne is building a strong pool of adjunct faculty to support three student-centered programs: the M.S. in Educational Counseling , the M.S. in School Psychology , and the undergraduate Child Development major. Across these programs, we are seeking colleagues who want to join a diverse, collaborative training community committed to preparing ethical, culturally responsive practitioners and educators who lead with competence, advocacy, and a commitment to social change in PK-12 and community contexts. Adjunctinstructors teach the undergraduate Child Development courses, graduate-level Educational Counseling courses, and graduate-level School Psychology courses primarily on the main La Verne campus. However, there are courses online, hybrid (mixed in person and virtual), and/or at remote campuses. We invite applications year-round for a continuous applicant pool for part-time undergraduate and graduate teaching assignments, filled on an as-needed basis. Required Qualifications

A commitment to and experience working with diverse student populations, families, communities and issues of social justice. 5. Experience with development of planning, organizing, and implementing data-based comprehensive school counseling programs, best practices in individual/small group counseling, counselor leadership. 6. Working knowledge of the American School Counselor Association ( ASCA ) National Model framework for comprehensive, data-driven school counseling programs. School Pyschology Qualifications : 1. Earned doctorate or Master's degree in School Psychology or Educational Counseling from a regionally accredited institution. 2. PPS Credential with specialization in School Psychology. 3. Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be well-qualified to teach both undergraduate and graduate level courses in Operations and Supply Chain Management and Business Analytics areas, contribute to the development and enhancement of the Global Supply Chain Management Option of the Business Administration and the Master of Science in Supply Chain Analytics (MSSCA) curriculums, and develop new courses as needed, such as Foundations of Supply Chain Analytics, Artificial Intelligence in Operations Management, Big Data in Supply Chain, and Sustainable Operations and Supply Chain Management. The candidate should also be able to teach analytical programming skills and technologies relevant to operations and supply chain, including spreadsheet automation, R, Python, and other related technologies. In research, the candidate is expected to sustain quality scholarship by publishing in peer-reviewed journals. JOB SUMMARY
Teaching Associate will teach one or more 2-unit lab section.
TYPICAL ACTIVITIES
This position involves preparing a syllabus and assignments, creating lessons and class activities, attending class weekly for the duration of the semester, grading assignments, holding weekly office hours, and responding to student communication in a timely manner. Teaching Associates will also work closely with the full-time faculty members teaching the 3-unit lecture portion of the class to make sure the lecture and lab coincide.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Must be a student in the graduate program in the Department of Child, Adolescent, and Family Studies.

Be enrolled in good standing as a classified graduate studen of the graduate program for CAFS.
Maintain academic eligibility throughout the employment period (enrolled, with 3.0 GPA or higher).
Be available to teach courses at time assigned.

JOB SUMMARY
The Department Chemistry and Biochemistry at California State University, San Bernardino is seeking part-time graduate student applications from a diverse group of qualified individuals for both our San Bernardino Campus (SBC) as well as our Palm Desert Campus (PDC). The department is seeking experienced, well-organized, and student-centered individuals to teach in any of our subject areas: General Chemistry, Biochemistry, Organic Chemistry or Analytical Chemistry. Candidates in this position will be tasked with teaching labs or discussions which are foundational level courses while maintaining an active dialogue with the coordinator. Candidates should demonstrate their ability to interact and work effectively with a wide and culturally diverse range of students, including first-generation college students. Workload can be as little as one course up to a maximum of 15 WTU.
This is a pool of graduate students for the department to draw on as necessary and all appointments are temporary. Staffing decisions are made on a rolling basis typically beginning a few months prior to the start of an academic term right up to the beginning of the academic term. ABOUT THE DEPARTMENT
The Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry prides itself on the quality of the instruction it provides, and the personal attention given to its students. Most classes are deliberately kept to a moderate size, so students can better interact with the instructor. General chemistry lecture classes are usually capped at 96, while upper division classes are anywhere between 10-72 students. Laboratory classes are typically 24 for general chemistry, and 16-20 or less for most upper division classes. The upper division labs are mostly taught by permanent faculty, and the lower division laboratories are mostly taught by the part-time lecturers and a few teaching associates from the MSES program. Good advice is considered a key aspect to academic progress at CSUSB, and chemistry faculty advisors are available for consultation. Each student majoring in chemistry or biochemistry will be required to see an advisor at least once each year to ensure they are on track for graduation.
The Department also features state-of-the-industry laboratory equipment and instrumentation. Laboratory bench experience includes ready access to computers for simulation and recording purposes. There are laboratory areas dedicated for laboratory courses as well as research activities.
