The Clinical Appeals Nurse is responsible for processing clinical appeals and attending state hearings within compliance and regulatory standards, clinical guidelines, and contractual obligations. Essential Functions: Responsible for the completion of clinical appeals and state hearings from all states Perform clinical reviews of member and provider appeals for medical, dental, behavioral health, pharmacy, and waiver services Analyze medical records, supporting documentation, and applicable guidelines to make informed decisions Document clinical rationale clearly and accurately in alignment with organizational and regulatory standards Work closely with medical directors, and pharmacists to resolve complex cases. Communicate outcomes effectively to members, and providers. Review and complete all provider clinical appeals within required timeframes Review and complete member clinical appeals within required timeframes Communicate with state agencies and internal departments to prepare for State Hearings Apply CareSource Medical Policy and Milliman guidelines when processing clinical appeals Issue administrative denials appropriately Refer denials based on medical necessity to medical director Collaborate with the Quality Improvement and Clinical Operations teams to prepare all requests for Independent External Review Participate in training programs to maintain clinical and regulatory expertise. Job Description: An Instructor will act as the point of contact for the guest's driving experience to include check in and out, assigning cars and guiding them around the tracks in a safe manner to ensure they have a comfortable and fun driving experience. DOE plus commissions and eligible for gratuities and bonuses The Racing Instructor is responsible for the comprehensive instruction of operating racing vehicles while demonstrating and ensuring that Exotics Racing students/customers maneuver vehicles with optimal safety. Instructors provide one-on-one coaching in classroom instruction/ briefing as well as instructing inside of the racing vehicle. Primary Duties & Responsibilities Provide racing instruction and one-on-one coaching as a passenger to students/customers; Instruct students/customers to safely maneuver race car through the course, around the track at an accelerated rate of speed; the instructor must remain acutely aware of track conditions at all times. Plan and organize instruction in ways that maximizes the student/customer's learning. Monitor student/customers driving abilities related to shifting gears, braking, and accelerating; coach the customer/students to execute these tasks while travelling at high speed. Participate in classroom briefing with customer/students. Coordinate and facilitate track Discovery lap with customer/students. Display professional and courteous demeanor when escorting customer/students to cars. Maintain clean cars by wiping down as necessary. Check air pressure on vehicles as needed. Ensure that work areas are kept clean. Manage confidential information. Regular and consistent attendance.
