Part-time, Contract Description Paradigm is the established leader in the United States in providing pipeline safety training programs. If you are a retired emergency responder interested in training other emergency responders across the United States about pipeline safety response and awareness, you should consider submitting your resume and a photo (head shot) to Paradigm. The perfect candidate for consideration for this position would be a retired emergency responder, inclined to work well with others and operate independently in the field. Our clients (nationally and regionally known pipeline companies) are increasingly requesting these pipeline safety training sessions to take place between February 1 and April 15 of each year. Due to this increasing demand, we need additional skilled instructors with an emergency response background. Paradigm instructors are contract (IRS Form 1099) instructors. Paradigm pays a generous per-diem for hotel & meals. All authorized flights and rental car expenses are covered by Paradigm.
