    The University of Alaska Anchorage (UAA) is seeking qualified individuals to fill a full-time, tenure-track, faculty position starting fall semester 2026. UAA's Construction Management program is part of the Building Technologies Division housed within the University's Community & Technical College. The Construction Management program is fully accredited by the American Council for Construction Education (ACCE) and enjoys strong community and professional support. To thrive in this role, the candidate will have experience in online course development and teaching experience. Demonstrated experience with community business outreach. Ability to teach department courses identified with content knowledge in construction supervision, project management/scheduling, building codes, site surveying, architecture, civil engineering concepts, commercial construction techniques and understanding of steel and concrete structures. Ability to integrate appropriate computer technology including building information modeling (BIM), and construction scheduling/job control software into the curriculum. Ability to integrate sustainable building principles into the curriculum. Familiarity with circumpolar construction conditions. Commitment to excellence in teaching, demonstrated teaching experience appropriate to the level of appointment, and evidence of scholarly/creative activity. Ability to work effectively with a diverse student body, faculty, peers in the profession and community. A comprehensive knowledge of the construction process, procedures, project controls, and industry, all as required to teach the courses listed. Minimum eight (8) years of experience in Construction Management or a construction-related position. Experience with circumpolar construction conditions and techniques. Minimum of two (2) semesters of teaching experience at the college level or equivalent. SCOPE OF SERVICES Services: Yakutat Community Health Center (YCHC) is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to solicit proposals from qualified Physical and Occupational Therapy service providers to deliver services to approximately 380 patients in Yakutat, Alaska on a quarterly basis. The functions noted above include numerous tasks that must be performed consistently and expertly, and include but not limited to the following: Provision of physical therapy services to approximately 380 patients on a quarterly basis, including assessments, evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes to optimize physical function, movement, performance, health, quality of life, and well-being across the lifespan. Provision of occupational therapy services to approximately 380 patients on a quarterly basis, including assessments, evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes to evaluate, analyze, and diagnose occupational challenges, and provide occupation-based interventions to address them. Patient and client management to ensure that treatment plans are individualized and optimized for each patient, with ongoing assessment of progress and modification of treatment plans as needed. Collaboration with YCHC healthcare providers to ensure coordinated and integrated care for patients. Provision of education to patients and their families on exercises, activities of daily living, and self-management techniques to promote optimal health outcomes. Provision of culturally sensitive care to meet the needs of the diverse patient population in Yakutat, Alaska. BILLING AND COMPANSATION SERVICES Rely on Member identification process to guarantee patient eligibility, service coverage, and claim payment. YCHC will supply the members insurance plan to the Physical & Occupational Therapy Services with the primary and secondary insurances designated as such. Physical & Occupational Therapy Services will submit claims to the primary and secondary insurance and then bill YCHC for any remaining balance. The YTT has the right to award by item, group of items, total proposal, or any combination found to be in the best interest of the Tribe.
