We seek a scholar whose research merges water resources engineering with artificial intelligence and data science to advance smart and sustainable infrastructure systems. Applicants should possess a Ph.D. in civil engineering or a closely related field by the start date of employment. They should have a demonstrated record of research accomplishments and a strong capacity for teaching undergraduate and graduate courses. For undergraduate programs, a master's degree from a regionally accredited institution in the discipline to be taught, with a concentration in the teaching discipline (minimum of 18 graduate semester hours in the teaching discipline) required. Experience in instruction or formalized education process, preferably in a post-secondary or college institution. Membership in a professional association tied to area of instruction preferred. Active, valid, and unencumbered state licensure or certification as applicable to the discipline.     Job Description Teach courses in one or more of the following disciplines as assigned by the dean or chair: business administration, accounting, and/or finance at the undergraduate and/or graduate level. Meet with students to provide supplemental instructional support and advising through office hours; engage in professional development, community service, and/or outreach programs; and work collaboratively with colleagues.
