JOB OVERVIEW The Course Instructor for Training Content Support at ProSidian Consulting will play a vital role in designing, developing, and delivering high-quality training content to empower Air Reserve Personnel Center (ARPC) and Headquarters Readiness and Integration Organization (HQ RIO) stakeholders. This role involves creating engaging and effective learning materials that enable approximately 7,800 IR Airmen clients, government staff, and stakeholders to fulfill their roles effectively during wartime scenarios. The Course Instructor will collaborate with a dynamic creative team to develop animations, quizzes, tests, slides, videos, and other multimedia assets that cater to diverse learning needs. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES Collaborate with subject matter experts and the creative team to design and develop training modules for a wide range of audiences, including IR Airmen, government staff, and stakeholders. Create engaging and interactive training content, including animations, quizzes, tests, slides, videos, and scenario-based learning experiences. Customize training materials to meet the unique needs of various audiences, ensuring effective communication and knowledge transfer. Utilize graphics and programming software to integrate visual elements, text, and audio, enhancing the overall learning experience. Ensure training materials adhere to the ProSidian Engagement Team's quality standards and align with the objectives outlined in the Air Force Instruction (AFI) 63-138. Collaborate with the Learning Management System (LMS) team to deploy training content on the Moodle-based platform, ensuring accessibility across devices and locations. Provide training to government staff on updating and modifying training content on the LMS platform.
