We are particularly interested in scholar-educators with expertise in public health policy, leadership, and management, especially those with 3+ years of experience in public health practice. Requirements:
Hold a doctoral degree in public health (DrPH, PhD, or ScD) from a CEPH-accredited program. For applicants with a PhD or ScD, preference will be given to those who also hold an MPH from a CEPH-accredited program. Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills. Be prepared to teach online, asynchronous courses. Contribute to the enhancement of the DrPH curriculum through applied public health practice. Exhibit innovation in curriculum development and a strong commitment to advancing online teaching. Have an active research program and be engaged in scholarship that includes a record of publishing in peer-reviewed publications in the candidate's area of specialization. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum Qualifications:
* Master's Degree in discipline or related field.
* Experience teaching in a college setting or in industry professional/technical experience related to the discipline.
* Demonstrated commitment to principles of equity and student success.
* Familiarity with a learning management system and/or willingness to use the College's LMS (i.e. Brightspace).
Preferred Qualifications:
* Community college teaching experience.
* Experience teaching face-to-face, online, hybrid, and/or blended learning.

Position Summary:
CSCU is developing a pool of applicants for potential part-time teaching positions in the Continuing Education and Workforce Development within the non-credit division at the College. The Non-Credit Lecturer must meet all teaching expectations, as outlined by the Director of Workforce Development.
Minimum Qualifications:

Related work experience
Candidates must possess proven ability to effectively work with culturally, linguistically, and ethnically diverse faculty, staff, and students. Experience with reflective, interactive, culturally responsive pedagogical teaching techniques. They are expected to have excellent oral and written communication skills along with strong Information technology literacy skills such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams etc.)
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior community college teaching experience.
Practical experience in the related Workforce Education industry for which you are applying.
Demonstrate knowledge of the industry trends and workforce needs.
