+ Directs less experienced colleagues in adopting to new solutions.
+ Will be called upon to manage configuration efforts as assigned and deliver effective solutions utilizing the Agile methodology with commitment to productive partner relationships balancing end user experience and stakeholder requirements with alignment at a global level.
+ Acts as an internal consultant regarding system capabilities, providing recommendations through effective communications to business leaders and other stakeholders.
+ Act as a functional point of contact between other functional departments and IT/HR leaders to gather requirements on new configuration and triage production breaks.
+ Aligns with global and local participants in strategic planning and analysis and development of business requirements for HCM and security modifications and enhancements.
+ Updates and maintains system documentation and responds to audit requests as needed.
**Qualifications:**
+ Advanced knowledge in creating, modifying, troubleshooting, assigning, and maintaining complex security groups and roles.
+ Advanced knowledge of multiple areas of security functions such as ISSG, ISU, role based, user based, constrained, unconstrained, aggregate and intersection security.
+ 5+ years of relevant Workday experience.
+ Experience creating technical design documentation and security workflow assessments.
+ SME knowledge of HR business processes; ability to document processes and generate clear and understandable business requirements for non-technical audiences and stakeholder sign off
+ Ability to identify and articulate options to stakeholders and influence decisions based on facts and analysis
