Assisting the supervisor in preparing various reporting and record keeping requirements as needed; including but not limited to accounting, personnel, student, and other performance/operations reporting and record keeping. Participating, performing, or assisting with other duties or tasks as needed. ‖ Qualifications Required: Associate's degree or higher in a relevant field of study. Ability to obtain and maintain certification in company approved crisis management (PCM) training. Minimum 1yr prior experience working in an administrative role, preferably in an education setting. Proficiency in drafting detailed reports, business correspondence, learning materials, announcements, etc. Prior experience and/or knowledge in project management including development and management of databases and spreadsheets. Solid motivational skills and willingness to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities and new initiatives. Proven ability to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines while maintaining organization and attention to detail. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of staff members, students, parents, customers, and the public.
