Resolve travel disruptions independently in ≥90% of cases without escalation. Maintain travel profiles, visas, and passport documentation with zero preventable delays. Administrative & Clerical Prepare purchase orders and process vendor invoices 100% on time in partnership with Finance. Submit executive expense reports with ≥95% accuracy within required timelines. Maintain filing systems with ≥98% retrievability accuracy; proactively manage office supplies to prevent shortages ≥95% of the time. Coordinate company birthday/work anniversary acknowledgements (100% completion), thank-you notes, appreciation gifts, and holiday lists. Keep common areas (meeting rooms, supply closets, reception) clean, organized, and ready. Project & Event Coordination Support planning and execution of events within scope and budget for ≥95% of assigned events. Coordinate vendors, logistics, and schedules with ≤1 material issue per year. Track deadlines and milestones; issue reminders on time for ≥95% of tracked initiatives. Manage distribution of swag, welcome kits, and special recognition gifts. Operations & Relationship Management Track project deadlines, KPIs, and strategic initiatives; send reminders and ensure progress updates. Respond to internal/external stakeholder inquiries within one business day and complete promised follow-ups ≥95% of the time. Coordinate interview scheduling with ≤2 errors or delays per year.
