As an Executive Assistant this role will perform a wide range of responsible administrative duties, many of which are confidential nature, primarily in support of the INEOS Pigments CEO & their business Leadership Team. The role also provides administrative assistance to the INEOS Pigments Commercial & Technical teams.

Coordinating with travel vendor and admin assistants and travelers in other regions to ensure all travel related matters are addressed as well as legal dept. and foreign authorities to ensure documentation for travel visas is submitted.
Working collaboratively with travel vendor to source global meeting and lodging venues for executive or multi-functional meetings. Recording and disseminating minutes as required.

Qualifications:

Public Administration Intern-2025 Local Gov Summer Internship Program

The MORPC Local Government Summer Internship Program provides the opportunity for undergraduate and graduate students to obtain practical work experience with a local government within MORPC's 15-county region to prepare them for possible careers in public service. MORPC coordinates the recruitment and placement of students to match each host's request; hosts make the final hiring decision and provide an hourly wage. Interns work for a host for a minimum of 16 hours to a maximum of 40 hours per week for a 10- to 14-week period, which means there are both part-time and full-time positions available. The summer 2025 internship program will begin on May 13th and will end on August 15th.
Interns gain applicable knowledge to enhance classroom learning by working with current government professionals throughout Central Ohio and acquire insights into the services provided by a regional planning commission. Interns also can attend monthly commission meetings as well as special MORPC-sponsored events and are paired with a MORPC staff member to serve as their mentor during the summer internship program.
Examples of Duties

Major Responsibilities and Duties:
Within the Office of Literacy Achievement, develops, plans, implements and evaluates agency-wide systems for literacy components of a multi-tiered systems of supports that are designed to serve children birth-grade 12 in all regions and districts across the state, including:
Lead the development of the core components of Ohio's MTSS for Literacy.
Integrate social, emotional, and behavioral health into the reading components of a three-tiered MTSS framework to prevent, teach, and respond to behavioral difficulties that occur as a result of literacy challenges.
Design synchronous and asynchronous professional learning modules in the MTSS core components to define how each core component is operationalized to advance literacy outcomes.
Leverage the content expertise and professional learning developed for the literacy evidence-based practices and assessments that will fall within the MTSS framework to avoid duplication of effort and siloing school/district work.
Support the development of a state-wide plan for consultants across ESCs and SST regions to provide professional learning in the core components of a literacy MTSS framework that integrates social, emotional behavioral health.

Collaborates cross-agency to identify opportunities to align initiatives and avoid duplication of services.
Designs opportunities for stakeholder input and feedback to evaluate the feasibility and relevance of the core components of a literacy MTSS framework to accelerate outcomes.
Implements data systems to manage work, document protocols, and maintain detailed records for the application of the MTSS core components within language and literacy initiatives.
Stays current and disseminates the latest MTSS literacy, integrating social-emotional, behavioral research, literature, and best practices, and reviews federal and state policies, research, and data in applying the literacy components of an MTSS framework that integrates social, emotional behavioral health to prevent and respond to students with reading difficulties.
Proactively communicates progress and challenges of initiatives to leadership and stakeholders.
Travels statewide for presentations, conferences, trainings, & meetings.
Supports the development of literacy implementation sites under Ohio's Comprehensive Literacy State Development Grant, including:
Define a selection process for CLSD grantees to participate in continuous improvement processes (usability cycles) to install and implement the literacy components of an MTSS framework that integrates social, emotional, and behavioral health to accelerate learner outcomes.
Design continuous improvement processes (usability cycles) to include districts that have selected core curriculum and instructional materials and reading intervention programs to encompass the Tier 1-3 delivery system, and the activities selected are aligned with the Comprehensive Literacy State Development Grant.
Design continuous improvement processes (usability cycles) to also include districts that have selected assessments to be used across the MTSS tiers to analyze implementation (fidelity) and impact data.
Support districts and schools with the identification of individuals to work with to provide professional learning to teachers, staff, leaders, and to coaches in the evidence-based literacy, social, emotional, and behavioral practices and ensure connections are made to the core components of Ohio's MTSS framework.
Develop examples and resources to support the components of MTSS, including but not limited to, implementation plans, assessment systems, core and intervention systems, coaching models, and teaming structures.
Provide ongoing technical assistance to K-12 literacy implementation sites in the components of shared leadership, educator capacity, family engagement and community collaboration.

The MORPC Local Government Summer Internship Program provides the opportunity for undergraduate and graduate students to obtain practical work experience with a local government within MORPC's 15-county region to prepare them for possible careers in public service. MORPC coordinates the recruitment and placement of students to match each host's request; hosts make the final hiring decision and provide an hourly wage. Interns work for a host for a minimum of 16 hours to a maximum of 40 hours per week for a 10- to 14-week period, which means there are both part-time and full-time positions available. The summer 2025 internship program will begin on May 13th and will end on August 15th.
Interns gain applicable knowledge to enhance classroom learning by working with current government professionals throughout Central Ohio and acquire insights into the services provided by a regional planning commission. Interns also can attend monthly commission meetings as well as special MORPC-sponsored events and are paired with a MORPC staff member to serve as their mentor during the summer internship program.

Analyze Wills and trust documents for legal, tax, administrative and investment issues and coordinate delivery of services.

Work with Tax Officers and trust counsel to resolve tax issues

Develop, retain and deepen client relationships.
