Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with CRM systems, banking software, and automated reporting tools is a plus. Adept at operating standard office equipment such as computers, calculators, telephones, copiers, and fax machines. Strong numerical aptitude, with the ability to perform basic calculations and interpret business and technical documents, including flow charts, budgets, and procedure manuals.
