Partner directly with other Sales Support Administrator for the Strategic Account Management team, Strategic Account Director, and the East and Midwest Region Sales teams and serve as one another’s back-up for coverage of support needs.
- Share responsibilities with other Technology, Sales and Marketing Administrators for coordination or for internal and external meetings, advisory panels, and association meetings.
- Coordinate with, and act as a teammate to other Technology, Sales, Marketing and Executive Administrator(s) on events that reach across multiple functions and roles.
- Partner with other Administrators to help develop the National Sales/Technology Meeting Planning Team that establishes a national sales and technology meeting approach that is highly effective for sharing needed sales and field technology information while operating within budget, developing agenda, and facilitating an event leadership team assigned by VP of Sales and Director of Field Technology.

- Help create and manage Technology and Sales Campaign Calendars for the Market Year and provide timely updates on progress against agreed milestones and send reminders on behalf of VP Sales or Director of Field Technology to ensure that field operations are aligned with expected timing and needs.
- Act as the lead for annual operational expense budgeting and for ongoing tracking for West and South Sales Regions, Sustainable and Digital Teams as well as for assigned portions for Field Technology. Interface with Finance to allow for a streamlined process and transparent tracking. Help provide training to the field-based organization on OPEX guidelines and expense policy. Provide management reports on progress of spending against budgets that identify variances, including demonstration, operating expenses and other costs including but not limited to free goods and marketing programs.
- Exhibit leadership in execution of special project requests from staff and management that require field sales or technology implementation.
- Assist in providing sales support in custom sales data reports, new sales hire tracking (on-boarding) and help manage the retail customer contact database including oversight of Opt-in/Opt-out functions for electronic contact.
- At times, compose correspondence, presentations, and other documents using Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Track invoice processing and operating expenses using SAP. Understand critical sales data reports (Everest reports), PowerBI (Valent Analytics).
