Key Responsibilities Create and release production and related work orders for the shop. Ensure work order packages are properly distributed to the correct departments. Work closely with engineering and document originators to resolve discrepancies and compile required changes. Update computerized or manual control records and notify affected departments of changes. Generate and maintain production reports as needed to track progress and efficiency. Assist with general administrative tasks to support production scheduling and coordination. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate across departments.
