    Serves as the primary point of contact and dedicated administrative resource for the President and CEO. Functions as Clerk of the Corporation for Assabet Valley Bancorp. Provides administrative support to the President and CEO including maintaining the executive's calendar, drafting correspondence, completing expense reports, and scheduling and planning meetings and events. Primary Responsibilities: Performs any functions necessary, within scope of authority and expertise, to provide the highest level of service and responsiveness to customers: Serves as primary administrative support resource for the President and CEO of the organization. Drafting, editing and assembling correspondence, maintaining the executive's calendar, booking travel arrangements, preparing and assembling meeting agendas. Coordinates meetings and events including Board of Directors and Board Sub-committees, strategic planning, and Corporator meetings. Serves as the Clerk of Assabet Valley Bancorp. Maintains library of official bank policies and Board charters, coordinating review and approval by both required management and the Board of Directors or Board sub-committees as necessary. Serves as primary resource to assemble and publish Board of Director meeting packages to the meeting portal. Collaborates with HR team to process director payments and compensation. Creates and administers director surveys. Coordinates internal and external education and training for directors. Serves as the Clerk of the Charitable Foundation, taking meeting minutes and serving as the keeper of official foundation records. Coordinates donation and charitable contribution requests from community organizations. Assembles and organizes Charitable Foundation meeting materials. Manages distribution of bank-owned event tickets to management for usage in business development efforts. Other Responsibilities: Performs other related and unrelated duties as may be required. Requirements: Associate degree or an equivalent combination of professional and academic experience. Five years of executive level administrative experience, preferably within a banking environment. Strong verbal communication skills allowing the incumbent to communicate effectively with all constituencies including directors, senior executives, regulatory agency representatives, customers, and community partners. Advanced written communication skills, allowing the incumbent to record complex meeting minutes, compose executive level correspondence, and assemble executive level presentation materials efficiently and accurately. Extremely organized, able to prioritize various responsibilities and projects with minimal supervision. Facility with data and how to translate raw data into visual representations for presentation and communication to a variety of constituents. Knowledge of Board of Director and Corporate Secretary functions. Advanced computing skills including the MS Office suite of applications, CRM and database applications.
