Instagram, and NextDoor.
● Track and coordinate all inbound leads from websites, social media and other online
platforms.
● Coordinate all client and vendor appreciation events.
● Actively identify, contact and set appointments with Assisted Living Facilities that may be
interested in establishing a referral relationship with the team.
● Actively identify, contact and set appointments with Residential Builders who may be
interested in being represented by the team.
Minimum Requirements:
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills

2026 Public Administration - Local Government Summer Intern

Job DescriptionSalary: $15 to $20 per hour
The MORPC Local Government Summer Internship Program provides the opportunity for undergraduate and graduate students to obtain practical work experience with a local government within MORPCs 15-county region to prepare them for possible careers in public service. MORPC coordinates the recruitment and placement of students to match each hosts request; hosts make the final hiring decision and provide an hourly wage. Interns work for a host for a minimum of 16 hours to a maximum of 40 hours per week for a 10- to 14-week period, which means there are both part-time and full-time positions available. The summer 2026 internship program will begin on May 12th and will end on August 14th.
Interns gain applicable knowledge to enhance classroom learning by working with current government professionals throughout Central Ohio and acquire insights into the services provided by a regional planning commission. Interns also can attend monthly commission meetings as well as special MORPC-sponsored events and are paired with a MORPC staff member to serve as their mentor during the summer internship program.
Previous Public Administration interns have gained experience using ArcGIS, Legistar, PDF Exchange, Municode, Canva, Microsoft 365, and other software programs on the job. Specific past assignments include:
Leading a park redevelopment project and applying for grants to help fund said project

From the initial intake, to title and closing, your involvement is crucial to assist the real estate group! Youll review title work and prepare insurance commitments and policies as needed. This position also includes but is not limited to managing both paper and electronic client files, assisting with purchase contracts and loan documents, researching corporate and UCC filings, preparing closing checklists, monitoring transaction progress, handling post-closing documents, and billing client invoices.We Know You:You understand that working in the commercial real estate field is an entirely different world. PAY RANGE: Five (5)
POSITION SUMMARY: To assure the smooth and efficient operation of the Transportation Department so that the department's maximum positive impact on the education process can be realized.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
* A high school diploma or training and experience that are considered equivalent.
* Three to five years successful experience as a secretary preferred.
* Proficient at using work processing, spreadsheet and database software, excellent keyboarding skills, sound filing practices and familiarity with the operation of common office equipment.
* A positive, professional demeanor and excellent customer service skills.
* An ability to efficiently set priorities for the day, work in a fast-paced environment with strict attention to detail and be adept in multi-tasking.
* Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board of Education may find appropriate and acceptable.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
* Processes payroll for all classified department members.
* Maintains a thorough understanding of all payroll related references contained in the Negotiated Agreement.
* Conducts extensive crosschecking between route, field trip and shuttle schedules with time sheets submitted by drivers and bus aides to ensure accuracy and completeness.
* Maintains a record of absences and tracks leave balances for all classified department members.
* Maintains all files related to payroll activities.
* Completes and maintains records of daily assignments of summer field trips as prescribed in the Negotiated Agreement.
* Performs dispatcher duties, answers phones and acts as the first point of contact for visitors.
* Communicates with bus drivers on the two-way radio providing valuable, real-time assistance concerning student, traffic and other route issues.
* Maintains a record of bid meeting activities and prepares a summary for inclusion in the Board of Education meeting agenda.
* Ensures the safety of students.
* Establishes and maintains cooperative professional relationships.
* Remains free of any alcohol or nonprescription controlled substance and abuse of any prescribed controlled substance in the workplace throughout employment in the district.
* Exhibits professional behavior, emotional stability, and sound judgment.
* Serves as a role model for students in how to conduct themselves as citizens and as responsible, and intelligent human beings.
* Understands the legal responsibility to help instill in students the belief in, and practice of, ethical principles and democratic values.
* Maintains confidentiality and respect for confidential information at all times.
* Other duties as assigned by the Superintendent or his/her designee.
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: 261 days (251 work days and 10 paid holidays); 8 hours per day, excluding lunch; number of days of vacation, holidays, and salary as determined by Negotiated Agreement. Work year to be established by the Board.
SALARY: starting hourly rate $22.43/HR - $24.83/HR
