SUMMARY Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, the Administrative Coordinator will be an organized, detail-oriented multi-tasker who enjoys managing a diverse set of responsibilities. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with fellow professionals, volunteers and donors alike. The team member will provide administrative support to the CEO, work with the Federation Board and committees, be responsible for general office management, and assist with programs and events in all departments. Working with the Development team in the organization's CRM system, the Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for general and event data, managing data hygiene, and communicating with donors.
