Essential Functions

Distributes incoming mail appropriately; sends outgoing mail.
Schedules appointments with students, parents and teaching staff or others as requested.
Evaluates situations for the purpose of taking appropriate action and/or directing to appropriate personnel for resolution.
Registers new students, making sure forms are completed, obtaining transcripts and other documentation as needed, and entering data into computer system regarding enrollment and student records (e.g., transportation, attendance, withdrawals).
Responds to inquiries from students, parents and employees, providing information, facilitating communication among parties and/or providing direction.
Serves as liaison with outside organizations (e.g., transportation, food service, suppliers) for the purpose of coordinating the scheduling of deliveries, activities, etc.
Supports, guides, leads, trains and coordinates work of school clerical employees for the purpose of providing assistance with administrative functions.
Additional Duties
Performs other related duties, as assigned, for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the school.

Position Summary
The Administrative Assistant will support the Vice President of Development by driving executive-level support to drive strategic priorities, operational excellence and departmental objectives. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Welcome and assist Curia staff and visitors in a courteous, professional manner.
Answer and screen incoming calls; manage mail, deliveries, and general office communications.
Distribute invoices to schools, process payments, and assist with basic financial tasks. Prepare and reconcile expense reports and credit card statements.
Collaborate with the Superintendent and Associate Superintendent to plan and execute special projects and events, including scheduling, registration, materials preparation, hospitality, and event set-up and tear-down.
Create, organize, and maintain both digital and paper forms, records, and files.
Draft, proofread, and edit written correspondence, memos, and reports.
Monitor office supply inventory, place orders, process purchase requests, and maintain an organized and efficient work environment.
Perform errands and additional administrative tasks as needed to support the Office of Catholic Schools.
Model and uphold the teachings and values of the Catholic Church.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS REQUIRED
Associate degree or equivalent work experience; bachelor's degree preferred.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
