Flex hours
Management allowing certain processors to do easy claims and others must do all the difficult claims. Supervisors that are untrustworthy and look the other way when certain processors steal claim and don’t follow the rules.
Flex hours
Nothing, she must know what’s going on but doesn’t care. There is NO team so therefore no leadership.
Fair distribution of claims. More communication and really make a team.
Just need to breathe and know something about medical terms. They will hire anyone to do all the difficult claims so the select few can make money.
Higher for some lower for most. It’s a tier system and 1099 so your $700pay check will only be $375 take home. You must do your quarterly taxes.

Flexible hours
Horrible management, the supervisors are not truthful and Upper management only cares about their agenda. When you start working they have unrealistic expectations for number of claims done. Later on supervisors and friend and relatives of supervisors receive easy claims that take a minute a piece while others must do all the difficult claims. You are paid by the claim so if you get easy claims you make money, if you do not get easy claims you could make two dollars an hour. Fair distribution of claims is nonexistent. Its been going on a long time so change will not happen; New management was brought in with eyes closed to the problems. No benefits, you are 1099, contract worker but not really as they expect you to do 250 claims per week.
flex hours is the only perk
I do not know the CEO, as a claim processor you are a contractor so very unimportant. The leadership is Nonexistent. One supervisor will tell you something and its wrong and you confront another supervisor and it can take a month or two to hear anything back.
Fair distribution of Claims. Weekly meetings, but they don't want to have to Pay employees. Communication needs to improve, they all need to be on the same track. There are thieves that steal claims, supervisors do not care. Hiring Veterinary professionals would be better choice for employees, not just anyone in the medical field.
No much of an interview unless its changed in the past 3 years.
For some choice few, it exceeds the industry average. For others its extremely lower, you are paid per claim and its a tier system. There can be times you are paid less than two dollars an hour.
I really dont know.
Helping Pet parents, I just love that they have pet insurance. Veterinary care is very expensive today.
Remote
Unfair practices- unfair distribution of claims - some employees receive simple claims while others must do all difficult ones.
Hours - can work anytime
I do not know the CEO - but she appears to be a good person
Fairness and better supervisors - do not lie to employees
Read common interview questions- practice in front of people
Hourly would be better than the cut throat - grab they do now
It’s good - there are people from everywhere
Successfully completing a medical record review accurately and as quickly as possible.
