We'll be looking to you to maintain our current IT systems as well as assist in designing, testing, and troubleshooting of hardware and software issues for computers and mobile devices. You'll be required to provide crucial end-user IT support including diagnosing and resolving technology problems. Further responsibilities include the installation and maintenance of Microsoft Windows and Apple operating systems-based hardware and software, video conferencing and printing solutions support for local office, and users working from home.

We expect you to have a strong knowledge of Microsoft Operating systems and solid experience supporting Windows 10 in an enterprise environment. You'll have knowledge as well as experience with device management and software deployment tools (i.e., Tanium, SCCM), MDT, and various mobile devices enterprise support together with their management systems like MobileIron. Experience with Active Directory, remote support tools, printers and ticketing systems is needed. Understanding Mac OS in an enterprise environment would be an advantage.

We hope you'll be a skilled problem solver, with a strong technology background. Ideally, you will also possess a basic understanding of supported business functions and have a significant and substantial amount of related IT experience. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent working experience is preferred.

PEP/ Plastic Engineered Products administrative support job description

Performance Excellence Partners, LLC (PEP) is seeking a full-time Foreign Disclosure Officer Administrative Support to join our team and provide support to our work with U.S. Air Force (USAF) Headquarters Air Combat Command, 9th Air Force, in support of their mission to organize, train, and equip deployers into a Joint Task Force (JTF) HQ. The FDO will assist the government in determining what information should be released, categorize information by priority, and take proper measures to prevent confidential information from leaking prematurely or to the wrong group of people. The FDO will provide administrative support and guidance to the 9AF on the effective planning and employment of Joint Task Force assets and collaborate with USAF to perform similar duties with the military and its secure information.
Duties and Responsibilities:


Assist in the organization and management of foreign disclosure initiatives/activities that establish Air Force wide information release and technology transfer policy and guidelines for international programs, within assigned portfolio, especially those involving combat support capabilities and related systems and training.
Support the determination of when an exception to National Disclosure Policy is required based on interpretation of National Disclosure Policy (NDP-1). Assist in the development of exceptions to National Disclosure Policy (ENDPs) for staffing in the Air Staff, and submission to the National Disclosure Policy Committee.
Assist the proponent for Air Force requests submitted to the National Disclosure Policy Committee (NDPC). Assist in formulating the Air Force position and develop ENDPs on requests submitted by other US government agencies.
Assist in managing and implementing Air Force processes to disclose classified and controlled unclassified military information and technology regarding combat support systems. Disclosure processes involve coordinating/authorizing release of classified information and material, review of US industry export licenses applications, foreign national visits to USAF bases and defense contractor facilities, placement of foreign officials in Air Force and industry organizations, delegation of disclosure authority to field foreign disclosure offices, exceptions to NDP and documenting disclosure actions.
Assist with the authorization of disclosure of documents, briefings, and other forms of classified and controlled unclassified information to foreign governments and international organizations.



Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree.
Hold an active TS/SCI Security Clearance.
At least 3 years of experience with the National Disclosure Policy (NDP), the Arms Export Control Act, or other USG, DoD or Air Force policies and directives which govern the release of military information to foreign governments and international organizations.
At least 3 years of experience in politico-military affairs, and US security assistance programs, US defense alliances, personnel exchange programs, intelligence sharing programs, US country and regional defense policies, combined exercise programs, and current US coalition operations with foreign partners.
Have excellent communication (written and oral), customer service, problem solving and organizational skills.
Ability to work remotely as well as on-site in Sumter, South Carolina.
