The Senior DBA acts as the primary technical resource for database integrity, backup and restoration, and performance monitoring. EXAMPLES OF DUTIES: Essential Functions Administers, monitors, maintains, upgrades and troubleshoots existing database infrastructure across development, testing, and production database environments. What You'll get to Do: Administers, extends, negotiates and terminates standard and nonstandard contracts. Conducts proposal preparation, contract negotiation, contract administration, and customer contact activities to provide for proper contract acquisition and fulfillment in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications. Examines estimates of material, equipment services, production costs, performance requirements, and delivery schedules to ensure accuracy and completeness. Prepares proposals, progress, and other reports. Advises management of contractual rights and obligations; compiles and analyzes data; and maintains historical information. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's Degree plus 3 years of relevant experience in U.S. Government contract administration and management Experience with various contract types such as Time & Material, Cost types, Firm Fixed Price, Other Transactions, etc. Experience with proposal development and negotiation. The ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance is required. U.S. Citizenship required.
