The Store Operations Administrator (SOA) is responsible for assisting the manager in the daily operations of the Bassett Home Furnishings retail location, so that the store's financial objectives, customer experience, and daily tasks are consistently achieved. Our SOAs work with customers to arrange payment for merchandise, provide follow up on customer service issues, schedules deliveries, respond to post delivery and service surveys, as well as provide information on many other issues and questions. They ensure adherence to the Bassett standard in the following areas: customer relations, administrative functions, operational processes, and systems. The ideal candidate must possess a true passion for customer service.

Essential Functions
Assist design consultants with order entry, cash management, and financing applications.
Assist ordering parts for customers such as arm caps, table legs, hardware, etc.
Direct administrative functions, including management and maintenance of: Petty cash reconciliation, along with reimbursement and balancing of the cash drawer.
Assist with sales order entry auditing using the daily transaction report.
Work directly with customers to understand, troubleshoot, and resolve post purchase service concerns.
Schedule customer deliveries, service calls and conducting customer satisfaction surveys.
Processing service orders and maintain communication with customer on service status.
Receive purchase orders for parts or store pick-ups.
Audit and approve daily business folders and ensuring cash balancing to include all necessary supporting documentation is sent to the Retail Accounting Team including deposits and payments, in conjunction with store manager.
Manage operational processes and practices, including: Store expense control, warehouse procedures, inventory accuracy, and building maintenance.
Establish relationship and open communication with human resources, distributions centers, visual team, corporate customer care, accounting, etc.
Perform other operational duties as assigned;
Maintain satisfactory time and attendance.
Collaborate with the store manager, regional visual and warehouse operations to assist with facilitation of floor moves and ensure adherence to the floor set guide and visual standards.
Awareness of merchandising and marketing for new merchandise tagging and tagging updates.

This position is contingent upon award
Ensure delivery of onsite health services in compliance with the 2025 National Detention Standards (NDS 2025) and ICE Health Service Corps (IHSC) requirements. Maintain qualified, licensed staff and approved staffing levels; ensure timely intake screening (including tuberculosis screening within 12 hours of arrival), emergency response and notifications, infectious‑disease controls (including Airborne Infection Isolation requirements), complete transfer/discharge medical documentation, and maintenance of medical employee health files. Coordinate with the IHSC Field Medical Coordinator and the Contracting Officer's Representative to meet care, reporting, claims (Medical Payment Authorization Request, MedPAR 2), and inspection obligations.
Ensure all medical staff maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) via a widely recognized certifying body (for example, American Heart Association or American Red Cross); non-skills‑based courses are not acceptable. Ensure all facility staff complete initial and annual training (for example, emergency response within 4 minutes, cardiopulmonary resuscitation, automated external defibrillator use, first aid, mental‑health indicators, emergency transfer procedures). Maintain HSA's own BLS.

Ensure services conform to NDS 2025 and, as applicable, American Correctional Association (ACA) and National Commission on Correctional Health Care (NCCHC) standards. Participate in regulatory inspections; meet regularly with the COR for performance evaluation meetings; respond to findings and implement corrective actions. Support the service provider's Quality Control Program and interface with IHSC Quality Assurance/Continuous Quality Improvement requirements.
Coordinate community provider relationships and entries in MedPAR 2 for off‑site services (for example, radiology follow‑up for tuberculosis, hospitalizations, laboratory services) to ensure authorization and reimbursement processes are followed.
Ensure Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments (CLIA) compliance for onsite routine laboratory testing (where applicable under facility operations).

Job Description
The candidate for this position will act as a first point of contact for incidents and requests; troubleshooting and diagnostics on the network; assist with Windows server administration; assist with MS 365 administration; assist with on-boarding and off-boarding processes; assist with maintenance and configuration of enterprise assets; contribute to team discussions and ideas.
It is expected that the selected candidate for this position will be eager to learn they system, grow into new technologies, and strengthen existing skills. The candidate will have support and guidance but should have confidence to take actions based on tasks, needs, or new discoveries.
There will be some travel involved depending on project needs.
Required Qualifications
5 years of experience in a professional information technology environment

JOB SUMMARY: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Contracts/Procurement Administrator to join our team. The Contracts Procurement Specialist will ensure that contracts and purchase orders are properly negotiated, executed, and managed. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, vendors, and suppliers. PRIMARY DUTIES:

Provide production support and enhancement testing for existing security roles and positions/functions
Work closely with SAP functional teams to create roles, profiles and authorizations that meet audit requirements as well as functional requirements for end users

Work collaboratively with a team to design, build and deploy security frameworks, devices

Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing: Conduct regular security assessments, vulnerability scans, and penetration tests to identify and address potential security weaknesses in SAP S/4 environments.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Systems or related field or
equivalent in years of experience
Four (4+) years in-depth experience in SAP GRC, Role Administration & Security implementation, and production support in ECC 6.0/S4-HANA
Experience with SAP S/4 HANA security and authorizations
Experience in SAP S/4 HANA version 1909 or later
Experience in creating and assigning FF ID's and extracting Fire Fighter logs
In-Depth understanding of SAP Security Role design & GRC Architecture
Very good understanding of role remediation, setting up of SAP Security processes
Expertise in SAP Security automation and scripts creation for mass maintenance
Expertise in Running and publishing various SOX reports like, UAR, Critical Actions, SOD,
Critical Permissions, Firefighter Log Review
Experience in maintaining and troubleshooting Structural Authorizations
Preferred Qualifications:
