SE&TC is an exciting and challenging environment where you will have the opportunity to lead a team of professionals who aid in design, development, and documentation of our innovative technologies.
The DOORS Database Administrator Team Lead is an engineering support role contributing to the requirements development, decomposition, and verification documentation for complex systems. The DOORS Database Administrator Lead maintains database access, facilitates automated functions and tool development for efficient utilization, and partners in the change control process while leading and developing a team of DOORS database administrators. The DOORS Database Administrator Lead reports to a systems engineering functional manager.
**What You Will Do:**
+ Collaborate with systems and design engineers to establish DOORS database environments across multiple programs according to individual program needs
+ Inform DOORS database users on tool capabilities, providing sound recommendation as to which features to utilize based on documentation objectives
+ Advise how and when to phase in the use of features and capabilities based on a given point in a program's lifecycle
+ Manage access and controls to and within each program's DOORS modules

Duties and Responsibilities
