Primary Location:
Ogden, Utah
Line Operator: Manage operational control of beverage production line: Filler, De-palletizer, and/or packing machines by performing the following duties.
* Inspects and evaluates operation to verify conformance to specifications.
* Notifies appropriate supervisor of immediate or anticipated problems in production process.
* Makes minor/routine adjustments to machine controls and guides, consistent with production and change over standard operating procedures.
* Load raw materials for continuous production.
* Inspects filled container to ensure that product is packaged according to specifications.
* Removes samples of product, labels with identifying information, and takes samples to laboratory for analysis.
* Performs minor cleaning of machine parts and surrounding area.
* Perform LOTO, remove jams and prevent injury, or damage to equipment or product.
* Complete required documentation and reporting in an efficient and timely manner.
* Ability to effectively use basic hand tools, such as screwdriver, pliers, hammer, and wrenches.
* Wears Company provided uniform and required sanitation and safety devices as appropriate to comply with safety and sanitation standards for beverage production operations.
* Completes all required Safety, Food Safety, and GMP training on a continual basis.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
* High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
* Effective communication in one-on-one or small group situations and with all other employee of the organization.

Vending Machine Service Technician: Repairs, installs and services all vending equipment including beverage coolers, vending machines, fountain equipment and other appliances. This position will require an understanding of electrical circuits, refrigeration units, and small motors. Installs, services, and repairs beverage coolers, vending machines, fountains and other appliances by performing the following duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Loads, unloads, transports and installs vendors, coolers and other appliances for use at customer locations.
Disassembles and reassembles appliances and replaces and repairs mechanical and electrical parts.
Perform required sanitation service on appliances.
Utilize tools and diagnostic equipment such as wattmeter, refrigeration equipment, ammeter, or voltmeter to diagnose appliances during operating cycle to detect malfunctions, excess vibration, overheating, fluid leaks, and loose parts.
Calibrates control devices such as timers and thermostats and adjusts contact points.
Cleans and washes parts. Replaces worn or defective parts such as panels, switches, pumps, compressors, bearings, transmissions, belts, gears, blowers, and defective wiring.
Repairs and adjusts appliance motors. Reassembles appliance, adjusts and lubricates moving parts.
Responds to customer call-in needs on an on-call basis as scheduled during non-business hours. Completes vehicle, service call logs and other associated forms.
Keeps assigned service vehicle clean, performs pre trip inspection and routine oil, water and air maintenance.
Cleans shop work area.
Wears and utilizes appropriate safety equipment.
Wears company provided uniform and presents professional appearance to customers and marketplace.
Other duties may be assigned by the immediate supervisor or other supervisor at any time.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtracts, multiply, and divides in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

Primary Location:
Ogden, Utah
Blow Mold Operator: Create quality beverage bottles for name brand products at our manufacturing facility in Ogden, Utah. Previous experience in production or food manufacturing required.
* Must be able to repeatedly lift 50LB.
* Inspects and evaluates operation to verify conformance to specifications as well as performs maintenance on machinery.
* Adheres to Stat Process Control.
* Performs production rotation and Single Minute Exchange of Molds.
* Utilize Value Stream Mapping and Root Cause Analysis.
* Notify appropriate supervisor of immediate or anticipated problems in bottle blowing process.
* Makes routine adjustments to machine controls and guides, consistent with standard operating procedures.
* Performs cleaning of machine parts and surrounding area.
* Removes jams and stops machine in circumstance that may result in injury to personnel or damage to equipment or product.
* Fills out and maintains required production logs and status documentation.
* Wear PPE, and company provided uniform.
