What you need to succeed * 7-10 years of hands-on SEO experience, with deep expertise in technical SEO for enterprise-scale websites. * Proven success leading large site migrations, consolidations, or re-platforming projects. * Proficient knowledge of search engine crawling, rendering, indexing, and ranking mechanisms. * Mastery in log file analysis and enterprise SEO tools like Lumar, Botify, OnCrawl, Screaming Frog, BrightEdge, Ahrefs, and Google Search Console. * Background in improving web performance and Core Web Vitals. * Proficiency in contemporary web frameworks like React, Next.js, and Angular, as well as various rendering methods such as SSR, SSG, and CSR. * Knowledge of SQL, Python, and JS or similar for data analysis and Technical SEO debugging. * Experience developing structured data strategies and validating implementation. * Excellent project management skills; capable of prioritizing multiple initiatives and influencing cross-functional collaborators. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for executives and partners. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $98,800 -- $183,300 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Providing oversight to facilities groups and auditing performance of fire suppression and alarm system inspection and maintenance programs.
