Responsibilities:
* Define and take responsibility for the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Adobe's AI Thought Leadership Portal, guaranteeing a seamless delivery from concept to optimization
* Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of flagship research initiatives, including quarterly user surveys and the Annual AI Index
* Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, and Content teams to build and refine thought leadership products
* Architect and coordinate the entire content production pipeline, from ideation to publication
* Develop and manage a content strategy that aligns with industry trends and developments
* Establish and maintain a publishing calendar to ensure timely and relevant content
* Track success metrics and align them with broader business goals
* Coordinate with internal collaborators in Product Marketing, Corporate Communications, Legal, and Research
* Use AI-assisted development tools for rapid prototyping and workflow automation
* Continuously refine content strategies based on community feedback and engagement data.
What we're looking for:
We seek a candidate with strong product instincts and deep knowledge of the AI landscape. Proven track record of shipping digital products and understand the intricacies of content publishing and research operations. You are strategic but hands-on, able to prototype solutions and drive initiatives to completion. Credibility in AI conversations is essential, whether through building AI-powered products or engaging with AI communities.
To thrive in this role, you should:
* BA/BS Degree preferred OR 8+ years of program or productmanagement experience OR equivalent practical experience.
* 8+ years of program or productmanagement experience, with at least 3 years leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
* Be known for your ability to successfully implement and complete projects
* Think systematically to build scalable processes and anticipate downstream effects
* Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical collaborators
* Use data to define and measure success, avoiding reliance on intuition alone
* Demonstrate proficiency in AI-assisted coding tools for prototyping and workflow automation
* Stay informed about AI developments and actively participate in AI communities
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $148,100 -- $282,100 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
In California, the pay range for this position is $194,800 - $282,100 In New York, the pay range for this position is $194,800 - $282,100
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.

Key Responsibilities

**Responsibilities**
+ Define the product strategy and multi-year roadmap for a specific Extended Reality (XR) devices and define the frameworks for quality and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to be used for this XR device class; drive quality hill climbs.
+ Drive the hardware requirements for devices based on goals and desired experiences and drive relationships with external partners, including OEMs and other strategic partners, to ship devices.
+ Collaborate with platform, input, SysUI, Apps, and AI teams to integrate plans into the device strategy. Collaborate deeply with UX and UX Research teams to define delightful and intuitive devices.
+ Cultivate ongoing relationships and collaborate closely with internal XR productmanagers and cross-functional partners. Own execution of internal milestones (e.g., internal scaled testing) to drive product insights pre-launch.
+ Conduct analysis of engaged products to inform approach to market and product strategy.
